So dropping in today on our way to victor for a late lunch. It was very busy, hard to get a park close to the building. Lovely and warm inside as you enter. Friendly staff ready to take your orders before you get a chance to even look at the menu. Ordered hot chocolates, fish and chips and chicken snitty and chips. First the hot chocolates were delicious with a real marshmallow. Chips on both plates were generous and very soft inside and a very light crunchy texture on the edges, just how i love it. A lovely garden salad with lots of cucumber but not enough lettuce for me but i love my lettuce and a tasty dressing over it. Now the chicken snitty was lovely and moist inside and a beautiful golden crunchy tasty outside, i was in heaven with my yummy gravy. Sadly the fish was a 50/50. It was cooked lovely inside but the batter was soft and chewy, maybe it was cooked too early and left in a baine marie but who knows. I would definitely be going back but not ordering the fish again. Ow and so glad I ordered extra gravy as i still ran out. Clearly a hit with all the older locals as it was flat out inside, so we chose to sit outside where it was quite.
Super friendly staff. Large servings. Great food. Country location with great views and plenty of space inside and out. What's not to like? One of my favorite breakfasts ever. They serve a good honest cooked breakfast, nothing fancy, but they've taken it to the next level. Awesome.
First time we stopped here, driven past many times. Had a very tasty burger, just like a homemade one. Good value.
We will be back to try a snitty next time. Perfect stopover if your travelling with a caravan.
This is a great little spot. Went for an early dinner on a Saturday evening.
It's not fine dining by any stretch, but what they do is done very well. Good food, good value served with a smile.
Nice atmosphere & dog friendly.. very accommodating..
However staff were disorganised and pancakes were very average.. definitely room for improvement.
Besides that would definitely give it another go could of just been a bad day :)

Nice coffee, interesting place. Didn’t get to taste the food this time (highly recommended by friends) so looks like a return trip is on the cards
Awesome little Seaside/Country Restaurant tucked away in the perfect peaceful location. It's busy here & for good reason! It's worthwhile making a reservation, as it's very popular. Good selection of Meals- well prepared & tasty. Staff are friendly & the service was very good. Sshh. . . Don't tell anyone!
